Our Kids & Teens Flexi Woodwork Pass is perfect for young makers who want the same hands-on experience and projects as our term-based classes, but with more flexibility to attend around busy after-school schedules. Each session is guided by our experienced instructors, combining creativity and craftsmanship in a safe, supportive, and fun workshop environment. ABOUT THE 5-CLASS PASS: - Designed for ages 8–17 - Ideal for families who prefer flexible attendance over fixed-term courses - Valid for 3 months from purchase - Attend any available after-school Kids & Teens Flexi session - Kids & Teens Flexi-Class Pass only $245 WHAT’S INCLUDED: - Small group sizes for individual guidance and supervision - All materials, tools, and safety equipment provided - Fun, age-appropriate projects to build and take home WHAT THEY’LL LEARN: Each session builds practical skills, creativity, and confidence while exploring real woodworking techniques, including: - Measuring, marking, and planning projects with accuracy - Safe, confident use of hand tools (and power tools for older students) - Cutting, joining, sanding, and finishing wood - Understanding how projects come together from start to finish - Designing, problem-solving, and adding personal creative touches Projects range from birdhouses, tool trays, and games to shelves, boxes, and custom creations — each student works at their own pace and skill level. HOW IT WORKS: - Purchase your 5-Class Pass online - Book into any available Kids or Teens Flexi session that fits your schedule - One class credit is used for each session attended - Reschedule up to 48 hours before your session without losing a credit - Complete projects across multiple sessions or start something new each time! Cancellation Policy
SproutEd Learning Hub and its subsidiaries recognise that plans can change. While we aim to be flexible and accommodating, cancellations may incur costs. The following policies apply to the Flexible Basic Woodwork 5-Class Pass: 1. Refund Eligibility A full refund (minus a 10% Administrative Services fee) may be requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided no classes have been attended. After 48 hours or once the first session is attended, no refunds are available, as the pass period starts immediately and session spots and materials are reserved. 2. Pass Validity & Usage / Service Considerations Validity: 5 classes valid for 3 months from purchase. Unused classes expire at the end of this period. Cancellations: 48-hour notice required to avoid losing a class credit. Attendance & Sessions: Book into any available subscription session. Sessions are 2 hours (adults) or 1 hour (kids & teens); instructor time is shared across participants. Small groups allow for personalised guidance. Projects: Choose from our curated list or bring your own idea. Own projects must be planned and finalised before your first session; participants will receive a call from the lead instructor to confirm feasibility. Materials for own-choice projects are not included and depend on availability and procurement time; additional fees apply. Specialty tools not available in the studio will not be purchased; projects are limited to available tools. Limited storage may require large projects to be taken home between sessions. Safety & Equipment: Complete a 20-minute safety induction at your first session. Use studio tools and safety equipment as instructed. Own tools or materials must be evaluated by the lead instructor. Studio Responsibility: The studio is not responsible for loss or damage to projects or materials left between sessions. By Attending: You accept responsibility for your own safety and the security of your projects, and agree to respect other participants and the studio environment. 3. Cancellations / Reschedules for Booked Sessions Cancellations or reschedules must be made in writing at least 48 hours before a session. Late cancellations may forfeit the class credit. Reschedules within the 3-month validity window may be accommodated subject to availability. 4.
