Do I need any woodworking experience to join a class?

Not at all! Our classes cater to all skill levels — from complete beginners to confident makers. Each participant works at their own pace with guidance from our friendly instructors.

Question 2

What should I wear to class?

Please wear enclosed shoes and comfortable clothing that can get a little dusty. Long hair should be tied back. We provide aprons, safety glasses, and other protective gear as needed.

Question 3

What’s included in the class fee?

All tools, materials, and safety equipment are included unless stated otherwise. You’ll leave with your finished project and plenty of new skills!

Can I bring my own materials or tools?

Generally, all materials are provided, but if you have something special you’d like to use, just chat with us before class so we can make sure it’s suitable and safe.
Typically, personal tools and materials will only be considered for Flexi-Classes.

What if I can’t make a class?

For multi-week courses, we generally don’t allow cancellations as your spot is reserved for the full term. For standalone or one-off classes, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. If we’re unable to fill your spot, a cancellation fee may apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay online via credit card or PayPal. In-studio purchases can also be made by card or cash.

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

We generally offer reschedules rather than refunds, except in special circumstances. Our full cancellation and refund policy is available on our website.
