Do you ship worldwide?Yes! We have the capacity to ship our products all over the world. Please note that additional shipping duties and taxes may be applied to your shipment and there may be restrictions on some products (e.g. Natural Loose Parts).

Can I purchase a gift card or certificate?Yes! We have a variety of gift cards and e-certificates available for purchase. You can find them in our shop!

What is your return policy?Any physical items that are received damaged or defective are eligible for a Warranty Claim within 30 days from the date of purchase. Email our team at admin@sproutedlearninghub.com to start the Warranty Claim process. Digital products are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Are your Little Earth toys safe for children?All handcrafted wooden items have smooth finishes that are natural and safe for children to handle. Although the toys are safe and durable in a new condition they are not recommended for infants and damage may be caused to the products if they are mouthed, making the toys unsafe for future use. Please ensure that you regularly clean and check toys for wear and damage to maintain a safe play environment.

How quickly will I receive my products?All orders are dispatched within two business days from the date of order. Please check additional information on your product if requesting personalisation - these are made to order and take our team a little longer to release from the workshop. Orders within Australia Standard Australia Post shipping times apply. In peak periods, check the Australia Post website for projected delays. International Orders Shipping duration can vary considerably and is dependent upon carriers available and customs procedures for your country. Once your order is released to the carrier, you will be able to access tracking details.

Can I book a session for more than one child?Yes, you can! Please contact our friendly team to find out about our special discounted pricing for larger families!

Do I have to do my consultation via Zoom?We like using Zoom so that you have the opportunity to meet us face-to-face (video chat at your discretion), chat in a relaxed atmosphere (the comfort of your own home and around the needs of your family), and we are able to send you links and resources instantly in the chat or share examples right to your screen. If you are unable to use Zoom please contact our friendly team so we can support you in another way.

Do you write the home education plan for me to submit to the Home Education Unit?Yes! If you select a Guidance & Planning Starter Session with Written Plan, your plan is included in your package.

Do you provide lesson plans for day-to-day learning?SproutEd Learning Hub does not provide lesson plans for day-to-day learning as part of our Home Education Coaching sessions. However, our friendly team will support you to find resources that suit your family's needs as part of the Guidance & Planning Packages. If you would like further support to structure your day-to-day learning; the SproutEd Team has a number of personalised coaching services available to support you further. Please contact the team today to find out more.

Do you help with Reporting?Yes! Our team of experienced educators can support you to complete the Reporting Process in Queensland; please reach out to our team for help booking a consultation.

Do you help set up our homeschooling environment?Our team currently does not offer services to personalise and set up your physical homeschooling environment. If you are interested in this service, please reach out to our team - we would love to support you to make the best homeschooling environment for your family and are happy to negotiate personalised support sessions.

When do subscription boxes ship each month?Subscription boxes ship between the 1st and the 5th of each calendar month.

Can I cancel my subscription?If you want to cancel a subscription, you may do so by: (i) notifying SproutEd Learning Hub at any time after the first Subscription ships; and (ii) closing your accounts for all of the Purchase Services which you use, where SproutEd Learning Hub has made this option available to you. (c) Your notice should be sent, in writing, to SproutEd Learning Hub via the 'Contact Us' link on our homepage by 5:00 PM AEST two days (48 hours) before your billing date if you do not wish to receive that month's Subscription box. Gift subscriptions (2-, 3-, 6-, 12-, 24-, or 36-month terms) are not eligible for cancellation - these subscriptions will expire after the original term is complete.

Can I switch my subscription from Little Earth - Natural World to Little Earth - Built Environment?A Subscription to a brand (Little Earth, Little Library) may be switched to sub-categories within that brand (Little Earth - Natural World to Little Earth - Built Environment or Little Library - Board Book to Little Library - Picture Book) to another sub-category at your request or automatically by us as a convenience to you in the event you have received all available Products for a brand. If your Subscription is automatically switched from your current brand (an “Updated Subscription”) to another brand you will be notified via email. You may decline an Updated Subscription in order to continue receiving Product for your current brand by contacting us at admin@sproutedlearninghub.com.

Can I switch my subscription from Little Library - Board Book to Little Library - Picture Book?A Subscription to a brand (Little Earth, Little Library) may be switched to sub-categories within that brand (Little Earth - Natural World to Little Earth - Built Environment or Little Library - Board Book to Little Library - Picture Book) to another sub-category at your request or automatically by us as a convenience to you in the event you have received all available Products for a brand. If your Subscription is automatically switched from your current brand (an “Updated Subscription”) to another brand you will be notified via email. Can I use digital download products for a group or organisation?Each digital download is intended for the use of an individual teacher/classroom or a single family. If you would like to use any of our digital download products for a homeschooling group, youth group, church, multiple classrooms in a school or childcare facility, or for any use beyond that accepted as reasonable use by the publisher - you will need to purchase an Extended License. We appreciate you respecting the creator's rights. Please contact our friendly team if you require further support.

When can I access my digital downloads?Your digital downloads are available straight after purchase. If you do not receive links to download or have any issues with downloading your products please reach out to our friendly team via chat or by emailing admin@sproutedlearninghub.com

Can I get a refund on a digital download?Refunds are not available for digitally downloadable products. If you are having trouble accessing your file please contact our support team via chat or email.
