Because of these commitments and our very limited capacity of only four family groups per session, our standard class and course policy does not apply. The event-specific terms below ensure the workshop can run safely and sustainably. We understand that circumstances can change; however, all cancellations must be made in writing to admin@sproutedlearninghub.com . As this workshop series runs only twice and on consecutive weekends, rescheduling is not available. CANCELLATIONS BY THE ATTENDEE 14 or more days before the event: A full refund is provided, minus a 10% Administrative Services fee. 7–13 days before the event: A 50% refund is provided. No rescheduling is available. Less than 7 days before the event: No refunds are available due to the staffing, materials and catering costs already incurred. No-shows: No refund is available for non-attendance on the day. PROVIDER-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS If we must cancel the event due to instructor illness, severe weather, safety concerns, unforeseen circumstances, or minimum numbers not being met, you will receive either: A full refund, or The option to transfer to a future Billy Cart Workshop series, if one is scheduled. No administrative fees apply to provider-initiated cancellations. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT By booking this workshop, you acknowledge and accept these event-specific terms and understand that this workshop involves high preparation costs, limited places, and advance commitments to staff, materials and catering.
