Service Description

Designed for young makers who love building but need flexibility around school, sport, and family schedules. The Young Maker Pass gives students five guided studio sessions to use over three months. They can continue projects across sessions or explore something new each time — all within a safe, structured, small-group environment. Ideal for ages 8–17. Valid for 3 months from purchase. _________________________________________________________________________________ HOW THE YOUNG MAKER PASS WORKS • Purchase your 5-session pass • Book into any available Kids or Teens session • One credit is used per session attended • Reschedule up to 48 hours prior without losing a credit • Sessions must be used within 3 months _________________________________________________________________________________ WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT? Cancellation Policy

SproutEd Learning Hub and its subsidiaries recognise that plans can change. While we aim to be flexible and accommodating, cancellations may incur costs. The following policies apply to the Australis Maker and Young Maker 5-Class Pass: 1. Refund Eligibility A full refund (minus a 10% Administrative Services fee) may be requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided no classes have been attended. After 48 hours or once the first session is attended, no refunds are available, as the pass period starts immediately and session spots and materials are reserved. 2. Pass Validity & Usage / Service Considerations Validity: 5 classes valid for 3 months from purchase. Unused classes expire at the end of this period. Cancellations: 48-hour notice required to avoid losing a class credit. Attendance & Sessions: Book into any available subscription session. Sessions are 2 hours (adults) or 1 hour (kids & teens); instructor time is shared across participants. Small groups allow for personalised guidance. Projects: Choose from our curated list or bring your own idea. Own projects must be planned and finalised before your first session; participants will receive a call from the lead instructor to confirm feasibility. Materials for own-choice projects are not included and depend on availability and procurement time; additional fees apply. Specialty tools not available in the studio will not be purchased; projects are limited to available tools. Limited storage may require large projects to be taken home between sessions. Safety & Equipment: Complete a 20-minute safety induction at your first session. Use studio tools and safety equipment as instructed. Own tools or materials must be evaluated by the lead instructor. Studio Responsibility: The studio is not responsible for loss or damage to projects or materials left between sessions. By Attending: You accept responsibility for your own safety and the security of your projects, and agree to respect other participants and the studio environment. 3. Cancellations / Reschedules for Booked Sessions Cancellations or reschedules must be made in writing at least 48 hours before a session. Late cancellations may forfeit the class credit. Reschedules within the 3-month validity window may be accommodated subject to availability. 4.
